Kenneth LaBore has represented the interests of individuals injured or wronged by the abuse or neglect of others.
The focus of Mr. LaBore’s practice is on complex litigation, in particular wrongful death, serious burns, product liability, and medical malpractice. Mr. LaBore has a particular interest in representing the interests of the elderly and vulnerable who have suffered abuse and neglect in nursing homes, assisted living, hospitals and other facilities.
He has a history of advocating on behalf of the vulnerable and elderly and holding organizations accountable when they fail to provide proper care.
Mr. LaBore has been a speaker on numerous topics for the Minnesota Trail Lawyers Association and other organizations that provide continuing legal education for attorneys. He offers advice and resources for seniors and caregivers related to nursing home, assisted living, and other care facilities. Mr. LaBore provides free seminars to senior centers and caregiver organizations on topics such as the Resident’s Bill of Rights, legal protections for vulnerable adults, the legal right to access facility policies and procedures, and resident councils and family councils in nursing homes. He also feels strongly about representing low-income seniors and provides pro bono legal services through various organizations.
