Pearson, Randall, Schumacher & LaBore, P.A. was originally founded on principles of advocating for the rights of individuals, particularly against large corporate structures in the healthcare industry. Over the years we have developed a niche practice in fighting against fraud in the pharmaceutical, nursing home and medical device industries, and have recently expanded into other areas including elder, business, and immigration law. Our mission continues to be “working as a team to offer effective and economical advocacy, one client at a time.”


We not only advocate for individuals in the courtroom, we also advocate in the community to affect change. Our attorneys are nationally recognized speakers relating to issues that intersect the disciplines of science and law, as well as elder care abuse and complex civil procedures challenges. Our firm frequently publishes on these same topics, including an “Elder Care Guide.” Written in conjunction with the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Elder Law Section, the Guide helps professionals and seniors sift through complex housing and care options. We frequently advocate for legislation that protects vulnerable adults and that addresses other issues important to our clients, and have been nationally recognized for our pro bono help in assisting victims of 9/11.
